In 2007, Mauricio Ortiz was invited by the Gibson London Guitar Town project to design and paint a 10ft replica of a classic Les Paul guitar to represent legendary lead singer and guitarist Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin.

Titled 'Armes Prydein' the sculpture included imagery inspired by Plant's Dreamland album with a watery grave theme.

The ensuing installation at the More London Riverside open-air exhibition space on River Thames' South Bank attracted millions of visitors during its' residency and subsequently went on to raise hundreds of thousand of pounds at auction for the Prince's Trust and Teenage Cancer Care charities.
